Our First Publication

'Book of Beirut' is a healing project transforming trauma into hope after the Beirut explosion on August 4, 2020. Marking the first anniversary of the explosion, the publication encompasses a candid collection of art expressing how the children of Beirut felt, interpreted, remembered, and thought about the horrific event. Featuring 128 children, the compilation encompasses original heartfelt drawings and paintings.

Creation Process

A Heartwarming Initiative

The project spanned over four sessions with personalized stages of activities led by a team of volunteering experts including child animators, child psychologists, and psycho-motor therapists.
